| This project is said to have germinated the day Seattle Super Sonic Gary Payton visited the Zion Preparatory Academy. After watching children play ball out in the rain, Gary pledged to build the school a covered basketball court. The structure was designed to house two basketball courts. While the Gary Payton Foundation donated the cost of materials, Dow Construction Inc provided the construction pro bono. |
